  • Plank (Core)
  • Pushups (Upper)
  • Squats (Thighs)

Sets

Sets of 12, working on everything except core.

  • Chest Press (Chest and Triceps)
  • Row Machine (Biceps and Back)
  • Leg Press (Thighs)
  • Reverse Cable Crossovers (Shoulders-ish?)

Core and Glutes

30 seconds each (time may change maybe?) to strengthen core.

  • Lateral Squat Walk (Glutes)
  • Cross crunches (Upper? Core)
  • Flutter Kicks (Lower? Core)
  • Lying Toe Touch (? Core)
