- Pushups (Upper)
- Squats (Thighs)
Sets
Sets of 12, working on everything except core.
- Chest Press (Chest and Triceps)
- Row Machine (Biceps and Back)
- Leg Press (Thighs)
- Reverse Cable Crossovers (Shoulders-ish?)
Core and Glutes
30 seconds each (time may change maybe?) to strengthen core.
- Lateral Squat Walk (Glutes)
- Cross crunches (Upper? Core)
- Flutter Kicks (Lower? Core)
- Lying Toe Touch (? Core)
