Cocktails

Parts used for ratios, but I’ll generally make 1 part = 1 shot. “Drops” is accurate where 1 part = 1 shot. A (rest) indicates that generally you just fill the rest of the glass with it.

Lynchburg Lemonade

Nice way to make whiskey/bourbon refreshing.

  • 10 drops bitters
  • 1/2 parts lime juice
  • 1 part triple sec
  • 3/2 parts whiskey/bourbon
  • 5 (rest) parts lemonade
Lemon Lime & Bitters

I don’t care if you think this is too much bitters is weak without it.

  • 15-20 drops of bitters
  • 3/4 parts lime juice
  • 7 (rest) parts lemonade

Bourbon Sweet Tea

I actually like peach iced tea when it’s alcoholic it seems.

  • 2 parts whiskey/bourbon
  • 10-15 drops of bitters
  • 7 (rest) parts peach iced tea

Spirited Away

A poor recreation of something I had at Bounty of the Sun.

  • 1 part whiskey (Starward 2-fold goes well)
  • 1 part brandy
  • 1/4 parts sugar syrup
  • 5 drops of bitters

Shitty rum sidecar

Don’t have lemon? Just add sugar syrup and more triple sec!

  • 1 1/2 parts rum
  • 1 part triple sec
  • 1/4 parts sugar syrup
  • 5 drops of bitters

Yuzu Rakija

Adjust yuzu to taste.

  • 2 parts rakija
  • 1/4 parts yuzu syrup (5:1)
  • 5 (rest) parts soda water
